Terms of Service
Welcome to Collective Color Studio. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect your time, our artists’ schedules, and the quality of every guest experience.
1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your time and will be applied toward your final balance. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. APPOINTMENTS ONLY! NO WALK INS!
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made after this window, or failure to show for an appointment, will result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to restricted future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service or require rescheduling based on stylist availability. This ensures the next client’s appointment can begin on time.
4. Service Adjustments
We strive for every guest to leave fully satisfied. If adjustments are needed, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Corrections are offered at the discretion of the stylist and management. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
5. Color Corrections
Color correction services are customized and require a consultation prior to booking. Each situation varies based on hair history and desired results. Multiple sessions may be necessary, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
6. Product & Retail Purchases
All product sales are final. If a product is defective or causes an adverse reaction, please contact the salon within 7 days of purchase for evaluation or exchange options.
7. Health & Safety
Guests are asked to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect their service. Collective Color Studio maintains a clean, sanitized environment and reserves the right to refuse service if safety or hygiene standards cannot be met.
8. Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved digital payments. Gratuities are appreciated but not required and may be added at your discretion.
9. Photography & Content
By receiving a service, you consent to the possible use of photos or videos of your hair for marketing, education, or social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your stylist before your service begins.
10. No Guest or Children
For safety reasons, no additional guests or children are permitted in the salon unless they are scheduled for a service. Please plan accordingly, as appointment may be rescheduled.
11. Policy Updates
Collective Color Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
